As soon as we receive your order we do the shipping of your within 48 hours and our delivery partners are FedEX, Delhivery & Expressbees is well-known for their fast & safe delivery at your doorstep that ensures that you will get undamaged product in your hands and as soon as possible. Within 7 to 10 days your ordered items will be delivered into your own hands. If an order is not delivered after 10 working days of your order date, you can contact us at our customer support E-mail address care@brickell.co.in.

What is your returns & refund policy?

BRICKELL offers a simple return policy that are damaged or misplaced with different products other than ordered one.

To get refund or return kindly mail to our customer care E-mail Address care@brickell.co.in or call us @ +91 77789 87115.

Provide us your details Order ID and ordered item, kindly send image of product to mentioned customer care E-mail ID. We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions ,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

 

The Orders that can’t be returned:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged Serial Number is tampered with.
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 4 business days of order delivery
  • customized products

 

How can I find your delivery/shipping policy?

Once our web application processes your order they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possiblity. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

We currently do not process international orders.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

We usually dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

If you don’t get product at doostep within 14 days of your order contact us at our customer care E-mail care@brickell.co.in with your order details and we will process your refund if you want of your order amount as soon as possible.

I'm an international customer, have you received my returned items?

As of now we do not process orders on Out of India Addresses.
